Senior Data Analyst who will play a pivotal role at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution. You will empower sales leadership with critical insights to optimize performance, identify opportunities, and drive strategic decision-making. This role requires strong analytical thinking, data storytelling, and the ability to convert complex data into actionable recommendations. 🔎

What You’ll Do: • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Build dashboards and track key sales metrics across segments • Strategic Insights & Recommendations: Identify opportunities for process improvements and revenue growth • Forecasting & Planning Support: Support forecasting, capacity planning, and target setting • Data Infrastructure & Tools: Work with Data Engineering & BI teams; use SQL, Python, Tableau/Power BI • Sales Process Optimization: Analyze funnel performance and recommend improvements • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Deep-dive analysis to support strategic decisions ✅

Preferred Qualifications: • 3+ years in Data Analytics, Sales Ops or similar roles • Experience in Grocery, Retail, E-commerce, or Q-commerce preferred • Strong Advanced SQL skills • Experience with Tableau or other visualization tools • Python (Pandas, NumPy) working knowledge • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management 🎓
