This role is responsible for building and scaling reporting, dashboards, and business metrics for the Professional Services organization. The analyst will partner with business stakeholders and management to scope requirements, translate business questions into measurable outputs, and deliver clear, actionable insights that support operational and strategic decision-making. The role requires strong analytical capability, comfort working across multiple data sources, and the ability to iterate quickly based on feedback. This resource will leverage tools such as Databricks, Power BI, and AI-enabled approaches as appropriate to improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and business value while working effectively with global cross-functional teams.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities This role specializes in reporting, data analysis, dashboard development, and business metric design for the Professional Services organization. The analyst will work closely with operational leaders, stakeholders, and data partners to define requirements, validate data sources, develop scalable reporting solutions, and continuously improve insight delivery. Reporting & Dashboards: Design, build, and maintain dashboards, recurring reports, and KPI frameworks that provide visibility into Professional Services performance, trends, risks, and opportunities. Ensure outputs are accurate, well-structured, and tailored to the needs of stakeholders and leadership. Requirements Scoping: Partner with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document reporting requirements. Translate business needs into data definitions, metric logic, dashboard designs, and phased deliverables while proactively identifying gaps, dependencies, and assumptions. Data & Analysis: Perform analysis across operational and commercial data sources to identify patterns, explain performance, and support decisions with clear findings and recommendations. Validate data quality, reconcile discrepancies, and improve confidence in business metrics. Tools & Automation: Leverage Databricks, Power BI, AI-enabled capabilities, Excel, and other internal systems as appropriate to improve reporting efficiency, dashboard usability, and insight generation. Support standardization of definitions, calculations, and reporting processes across the Professional Services team. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate insights, recommendations, and reporting changes clearly to stakeholders and management. Present data in a way that supports action, explain metric definitions and logic, and incorporate feedback through iterative improvement cycles. Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, business metric governance, and dashboard adoption. Manage multiple priorities effectively, deliver within agreed timelines, and contribute to a scalable analytics capability for the Professional Services organization. Experience in an analytics, reporting, business operations, or customer operations role Experience building dashboards, reports, and business metrics for operational stakeholders Experience gathering requirements, iterating on stakeholder feedback, and delivering within timelines Strong Excel skills and experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI Experience working with KPIs, data definitions, trend analysis, and performance reporting Experience with Databricks, SQL, Python, Data Science or data engineering partnerships Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, productivity, or insight generation Experience supporting global teams and working remotely across time zones Experience in Professional Services, SaaS, or services operations environments
