Senior Data Analyst

18th Digitech is Adobe Gold Solution Partner and Shopify Plus partner based out of Noida. We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with expertise in digital analytics, marketing technology implementation, data layer design, and CRM integrations. The candidate will be responsible for implementing analytics tools, ensuring accurate tracking, supporting customer engagement platforms, and providing insights to optimize marketing performance.

Role & responsibilities

• Implement and manage Adobe Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Ads tracking, and Meta Pixel.
• Design and maintain data layers, event tracking, and analytics implementation specifications.
• Integrate and manage CRM and engagement platforms such as MoEngage, WebEngage, Insider, Dotdigital, and Brevo.
• Support omnichannel campaigns across Email, RCS, WhatsApp, and Push Notifications.
• Drive personalization, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Collaborate with development and marketing teams to ensure tracking accuracy and deliver actionable insights.
• Develop automation and monitoring solutions using Python, JavaScript, and Google Sheets.

Preferred candidate profile

• GA4, GTM, Mixpanel and Microsoft Clarity.
• Data layer design, tracking implementation, debugging, and QA.
• CRM integrations and marketing automation platforms.
• Python, JavaScript, and reporting automation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
