Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst who can work closely with business, operations and technology teams to build meaningful reports, dashboards and analytical solutions. The role requires strong experience in data analysis, ETL processes, automation and business intelligence tools, especially Zoho Analytics.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling large healthcare datasets, improving reporting processes and supporting leadership teams with actionable insights. Experience in healthcare or oncology analytics will be an added advantage.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports and KPI trackers using Zoho Analytics
  
• Understand business requirements and develop analytical solutions
  
• Analyse operational, financial and clinical data
  
• Automate reports and recurring data processes
  
• Ensure data accuracy, quality and timely reporting
  
• Design ETL workflows and integrate multiple data sources
  
• Work with APIs, databases and third party systems
  
• Monitor data pipelines and resolve data quality issues
  
• Use AI and ML for predictive analytics and forecasting
  
• Develop analytics for patient journeys, revenue and operational efficiency
  
• Collaborate with technology, finance, operations and clinical teams
  
• Maintain documentation and follow data security standards
  
• Mentor junior analysts
  

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field
  
• 6 to 8 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
  
• Strong experience with Zoho Analytics, Tableau or Power BI
  
• Good knowledge of SQL, ETL and data pipelines
  
• Experience with Python, APIs and automation
  
• Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
  
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
  
• Oncology industry experience is an added advantage
