Senior Data Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and deliver energy data to customers.
• Support customer onboarding and process setup.
• Verify data accuracy and ensure timely delivery.
• Track processes, prepare reports, and monitor performance.
• Handle troubleshooting, escalations, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with team members and delegate tasks when required.
• Use data analysis to identify and resolve process/data issues.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Good MS Excel knowledge Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.
• Experience with monitoring, tracking, and reporting tools.
• 3–5 years of relevant Data Analyst experience.
• Experience in finance, billing, payments, or energy is preferred.
• SQL and Python experience is an added advantage.
• Experience working with databases is beneficial.
