Senior CRM Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Provide exceptional post-sales support to customers, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• Develop strong relationships with clients through regular communication, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints and improve overall customer experience.

Job Requirements :

• 3-16 years' experience in IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong background in customer relationship management, including pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Excellent customer service skills with ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
