Your Impact as Sr. CRM Dev

This person is responsible for defining technical design and providing a vision (both within and across projects) for systems to be designed and built around those design principles. Provides technology solutions to business problems that span multiple applications / products. Establishes a technology vision for the organization and can be part of a team that drives adoption of best-in-class application design patterns. Collaborates with leads, technology teams, business colleagues, third party partners, and suppliers to form and agree on the right solution and serves as mentor to technology staff.

• Facilitating the assessment of business requirements and proposes various options for satisfying business requirements while remaining compliant to standards
• Leads the development of technology requirements in collaboration with business analysts
• Leads analysis, design, development and deployment of complex business specifications, working with other members of the project team.
• Support product, development and delivery teams on functional & technical code specifications
• Supports vendor resources including other architects and developers on delivery of technology solutions.
• Develops and maintains an ongoing and deep knowledge of relevant technologies, and researches new technologies, in order to actively contribute to such discussions as how Aon can maximize the value it gets from these technologies.
• Provides technical leadership to global application development delivery teams. Coaches / mentors less experienced developers
  
  

Education

Graduate/Master's in computer science

Experience – 10+ years of IT experience with minimum of 5-6 years experience in CRM technologies

You bring knowledge & expertise

• Worked on minimum 3 project on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365
• Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365
• Experience in Plugin and workflow (Custom/OOB) implementation and plugin debugging
• Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules
• Experience on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365, knowledge of customizations and configurations
• Experience on Ribbon Customizations, CRM actions, Virtual Entities, Custom Workflows, Integration of AD with CRM, Business Rules and Business Process Flow
• Experience in Power Automate and PowerApps
• Experience with SQL and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of D365 Power App , D365 App implementation and Azure Functions
• Knowledge of JavaScript/ Console Apps debugging
• Worked on ASP.Net and web services with CRM
• Strong knowledge of software implementation and design best practices. (eg Design patterns, UI containers, unit testing etc.)
• Knowledge in Agile project management methodologies
• Experience in insurance technology market, financial services, related business systems will be a plus
