Senior CRM Data Migration Developer

• Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement enterprise CRM data migration solutions using KingswaySoft and SSIS
• Extract, transform, validate, and load data into Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and SSIS packages
• Migrate structured and unstructured data, including images, attachments, and correspondences
• Perform data mapping, data quality assessments, reconciliation, and production cutover support
• Troubleshoot migration and performance issues across environments
• Collaborate with architects, developers, business analysts, and project managers
• Document migration architecture, transformation logic, and operational procedures
• Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards
• Required Experience
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with KingswaySoft for Dynamics CRM/365 data migrations
• 7+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 development experience
• 10+ years of SQL Server SSIS development experience
• Strong expertise in ETL, data mapping, data quality management, and performance tuning
• Experience delivering at least two full-cycle CRM data migration implementations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Preferred Skills
• Experience in tolling, transportation, utilities, or large enterprise back-office implementations
• Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud integration technologies
• Dynamics CRM security models and data governance
