Senior Credit Manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Credit underwriting and analyzing new proposals by performing cashflow analysis, detailed financial analysis, financial modelling, deal memo preparation, and assisting zonal managers towards successful closure of deals.
• Assisting zonal heads/team leads in standardization of processes and various MIS' maintained by the credit team (HOT, sanction letter, deal MIS, cashflow models etc) Key Performance Indicators
• Post-investment monitoring of portfolio companies, including financial and operational performance, preparation of periodic reports for internal and external use, other support required for portfolio management
• Assist compliance and risk teams in regular audits and other data points
• Maintaining deal pipeline, disbursement schedules, and various other MIS for different use cases.
• Coordinate with various teams for data collection and ensure sanctity of data.
