About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Credit Analyst to join our Credit Analysis Team at Solenis. In this role, you will evaluate customer creditworthiness, recommend credit limits, and support business growth while safeguarding Solenis’ financial position. You will play a key role in balancing risk management with commercial enablement, leveraging financial analysis, industry insights, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities Credit Evaluation: Evaluate and approve customer credit limits in alignment with company policies and global risk frameworks.
Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market data to thoroughly assess risk.
Qualitative Assessment: Perform qualitative analysis including monitoring industry trends, customer business models, and management quality.
Risk Mitigation: Develop clear, actionable credit recommendations, including credit limits and risk-mitigation strategies.
Portfolio Monitoring: Monitor customer accounts and proactively identify early warning signs of credit risk.
Collaboration: Partner closely with Collections and Sales teams to resolve credit issues and support commercial growth.
Process Optimization: Contribute to credit process enhancements, automation initiatives, and digital transformation efforts.
Reporting: Support portfolio reviews, risk reporting, and global finance initiatives.
Qualifications Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in credit risk, financial analysis, or related corporate finance roles.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with SAP-FSCM and Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) is highly preferred.
Analytical Capability: Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial statement interpretation and advanced Excel capabilities.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities with a proven track record of working in a fast-paced, global environment.
