Job Summary

We are looking for a Credit Analyst / Senior Credit Analyst with strong hands-on experience in corporate lending, working capital lending, and/or project finance.

The role involves end-to-end credit appraisal, financial analysis, credit committee presentation, and post-sanction monitoring across structured lending transactions.

This is a core corporate credit role requiring independent analysis and sound credit judgment. This is not a retail lending role.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed Credit Appraisal Memorandums (CAMs) for corporate, SME, and project finance proposals.

Analyse borrower business models, industry dynamics, historical and projected financials.

Evaluate cash flows, DSCR, leverage, and working capital cycles.

Identify key credit risks and recommend appropriate risk mitigants.

Assess security structures, covenants, DSRA, escrow arrangements, and other credit protections.

Prepare and present credit proposals to the Credit Committee.

Support sanction documentation and ensure compliance with approved terms.

Conduct post-sanction credit monitoring.

Track covenants, early warning signals, and emerging credit risks.

Support credit renewals, restructurings, and portfolio management activities.
