Responsibilities:

• Design thoughtful video ad creatives, keeping design principles in mind
• The ability to partner with other creative team members and key stakeholders to create content used across a variety of platforms
• Strong technical skills and proven ability to use a variety of software (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop)
• Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention, and organization of graphic files
• Edit raw videos and convert them to a processed premium-quality video by including subtitles, music, dialogue, graphics, rotoscoping & masking, and visual effects to increase the quality of each video.
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for the video per the clients brand guidelines
• Organize workload, manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work well within a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Creating visually stunning motion graphics and animations for various digital media platforms
• Receive constructive feedback from teammates, supervisor(s), and clients in an utmost professional manner
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices to maximize efficiency
• Willing to work in the US EST / PST shifts Qualifications
• Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and motion graphics projects (mandatory)
• 6+ years of experience in motion graphics, video editing, post-production, or similar industry
• Exposure to working with US-based clients
• Tech-savvy, with considerable knowledge of audio/visual equipment, hardware, software, troubleshooting, and techniques used in video production
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Experience in working on both Mac and Windows platforms

Bonus skills -

• Familiar with Figma, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci, and Canva
• AI mindset: Familiarity with the latest trends in AI technology and how to leverage it efficiently
• Familiar with ticketing platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, Asana, and Airtable
• Effective communication skills
