Senior Creative Designer

Role Overview

The Senior Designer will lead end-to-end creative and visual execution for Bombay Liquors LLP. The position is responsible for establishing cohesive brand language across product packaging, visual identity systems, multi-channel marketing campaigns, social media assets, and executive corporate communications.

Detailed Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Packaging Design & Development: Lead end-to-end conceptualization, layout, and production-ready artwork for existing and new product packaging lines.
• Brand Guidelines & Visual Systems: Create and maintain Brand Books, Visual Identity Guidelines, color palettes, and typographic design systems.
• Campaign Visualisation: Develop primary Key Visuals (KVs) and campaign creative concepts for launches, festive periods, and brand activations.
• Social Media & Digital Creative: Produce static, motion, and video content tailored for social media handles and digital platforms.
• AI-Assisted Content Production: Utilize generative AI tools for visual research, rapid asset prototyping, image generation, and creative workflow optimization.
• BTL & POSM Creative: Design retail merchandising collateral, Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM), and Below-The-Line display adaptations.
• Corporate Communication: Develop company presentations, and professional brand collateral.

Qualifications & Profile Requirements

• Experience: 8 to 10 years of graphic/visual design experience, preferably in alcobev, FMCG, consumer goods, or creative agencies.
• Technical Expertise: Advanced mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and modern AI design platforms.
• Production Knowledge: Deep working knowledge of print specifications, substrates, packaging finishes, and prepress standards.
• Portfolio: Proven portfolio highlighting packaging development, and 360-degree brand campaign execution.
