Senior Creative Designer

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are building a challenger brand in UK home and we are building it fast. We need a creative who lives and breathes social, thinks in scroll-stopping moments, and uses AI tools as naturally as a keyboard shortcut. This is not a brand identity role. This is a performance creative role. You will be making assets that stop the scroll, tell the Fableroom story and drive clicks every single day.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

- Designing scroll-stopping static and motion assets for Meta paid, organic social and homepage banners

- Building and animating video ads using AI generation tools and editing software

- Iterating creatives quickly based on performance data

- Producing GIFs, reels and short form video content for sale activations and BAU campaigns

- Supporting website creative including full bleed homepage banners desktop and mobile

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- 5 - 8 years experience making performance-first social and paid creative assets

- A portfolio that proves you can make things people actually stop and look at

- Fluent in AI generation tools - you use them daily, not occasionally

- Strong motion and animation skills - GIFs, reels and short video are your comfort zone

- Fast. You can produce high quality work at pace without losing attention to detail

- A passion for, or strong interest in interior design
