Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and working professionals interested in pursuing the US CPA certification.

Explain the CPA career pathway, eligibility requirements, examination process, and available course options.

Understand candidates' educational backgrounds and career goals to recommend suitable learning programs.

Handle inbound enquiries and follow up with qualified leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Convert prospective students into enrollments through effective counselling and consultative selling.

Maintain strong relationships with prospective and enrolled students.

Achieve individual admission and enrollment targets.

Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up schedules, and conversion updates.

Coordinate with the marketing, academic, and admissions teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
