Senior Corporate Strategy Manager

 We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically strong individual to join our Corporate Strategy team. This role is central to identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic growth opportunities including greenfield projects, acquisitions and joint ventures.

Key Responsibilities includes: - 

 Strategic Analysis: - 

 Conduct market mapping and industry research to uncover trends and whitespace opportunities 

 Identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities in the market Benchmark against leading competitors Business performance review and analysis 

 Support the development of long-term corporate strategy with data-driven insights 

 Identify and assess new growth opportunities including new geographies, business models, capacity expansion and vertical integration 

 Prepare investment memos and presentations for senior leadership and the Board

Investment Analysis & Capital Deployment: - 

 Evaluate capital allocation strategies including acquisitions, minority investments, JVs and strategic alliances Evaluate and execute investment transactions aligned with key business priorities 

 Financial modelling, valuation to assess ROI of strategic initiatives and capital projects 

 Due diligence processes and transaction documentation

 Post-deal integration 

 Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors for smooth transaction execution

Skills: 

 Strong quantitative and financial modelling skills 

 Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly 

 Strong business acumen and problem-solving mindset Excellent communication and presentation skills 

 Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment 

 Familiarity with deal structuring, term sheets, business due diligence process and documentation Experience: 4–8 years of experience in corporate strategy, business consulting or private equity 

 Minimum 4 years of experience in Renewable Energy
