Senior Corporate Communications / MarCom

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Corporate Communications / MarCom professional with 12+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, PR, digital communication, and employee engagement.

The ideal candidate should have experience working in a multinational / global organization and should be hands-on with digital communication, content creation, corporate events, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead internal and external corporate communication initiatives.
• Develop and execute employee communication campaigns and engagement programs.
• Plan and manage town halls, employee meets, leadership connects, and internal events.
• Create engaging digital content for internal and external audiences.
• Manage social media communication and digital communication platforms.
• Work closely with senior leadership on leadership communication and corporate messaging.
• Create presentations, graphics, videos, newsletters, and other communication assets.
• Handle corporate events and employee engagement activities end-to-end.
• Drive communication campaigns aligned with organizational objectives and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with HR, business leaders, marketing, and other stakeholders.
• Leverage tools such as Canva, Navitas, dotmailer, or similar digital communication/marketing platforms.

Candidate Profile

• 12+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, MarCom, PR, or related areas.
• Experience in a multinational / global organization is mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience in digital communication and content creation.
• Experience managing town halls, employee engagement programs, and corporate events.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Candidates from IT/ITES, Consulting, BFSI, Professional Services, Technology, GCCs, or other large MNC environments are preferred.
• Current location must be Pune.
