Inito is a venture-backed fertility technology company building the most advanced at-home hormone tracking platform in the world. We re scaling fast - targeting $50M revenue this year - and building a new creative function from scratch in Bangalore.
The role
You write the words that make people stop, read, and act. Paired with an art director in a creative pod, you ll write performance ads, social content, video scripts, carousel copy, landing page copy, and CRM - all within two-week sprint cycles. The work is high-volume but never throwaway. Every line has a job to do: stop the scroll, land the insight, drive the click. You need to be sharp on hooks, clear on benefits, and fast on your feet.
What you ll do
- Write performance ad copy across Meta, Google, and paid social - hooks, headlines, body copy, CTAs - that converts
- Develop social content copy: Instagram carousels, video scripts, story copy, captions
- Write within the brand voice framework (Clear + Memorable) consistently across all formats
- Produce multiple creative variations per sprint - different hooks, angles, audience framings - for A/B and multivariate testing
- Translate complex fertility science and hormone data into language that s accessible, precise, and emotionally resonant
- Collaborate closely with your art director to develop integrated concepts, not copy laid over design
- Incorporate performance data into your writing - learn from what worked, iterate on what didn t
- Contribute to longer-form content when needed: blog posts, educational content, CRM sequences
What you bring
- 7+ years as a copywriter, with substantial experience in D2C, performance, or digital-first environments
- A portfolio with range: performance ads that converted, social content that engaged, and ideally some long-form or brand work that shows depth
- The ability to write hooks - you understand what makes someone stop scrolling in a feed full of noise
- Comfort with volume. You can produce 20 headline variations without each one feeling like a negotiation
- Strong editorial instincts - you can self-edit ruthlessly and you know when a line is done
- Ability to write about health, science, or technical subjects without dumbing them down or making them clinical
- Experience working in pod structures or closely with designers - you think visually, not just verbally
Nice to have
- Experience in health, fertility, femtech, or wellness categories
- Understanding of SEO and AI-search content optimisation
- Experience writing video scripts for social or CTV formats
- Familiarity with CRM/email copywriting and lifecycle messaging
