What You'll Do

• Social Copywriting (Hindi English)
• Write engaging captions, hooks, scripts, and ad copy for Instagram, YouTube, and digital campaigns
• Create copy for Reels, Shorts, carousels, static posts, and videos
• Adapt tone effortlessly - conversational, emotional, devotional, playful - based on the brief
• Content Thinking Strategy
• Start with clear Target Groups (TG) and map them to relevant content buckets
• Think in hypotheses, not just ideas; (Why will this work For whom What are we testing)
• Break down products into: Feature-led
• Break down products into: Benefit-led
• Break down products into: Belief-led narratives
• Campaigns Collaboration
• Support brand and product campaigns with clear, compelling copy
• Collaborate closely with designers, video editors, and marketers to deliver polished, on-brand content
• Translate briefs into strong, copy-led concepts
• Testing Iteration
• Define objectives, success metrics, and key learnings for content buckets
• Learn from performance and iterate fast
• Stay on top of trends, pop culture, and internet behaviour to keep content fresh and relevant

What We're Looking For

• 3-4 years of experience in copywriting / content writing for digital-first or consumer brands
• Strong command over Hindi and English (Hinglish writers welcome)
• Proven experience writing:
  • Social media copy
  • Ad copy
  • Reels / Shorts / YouTube scripts
  • Strong sense of storytelling, hooks, and audience-first writing
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Ability to think end-to-end
  • TG Insight Hypothesis Content Test Learn Iterate
