Senior Coordinator - HR

Job Title: Senior Coordinator General Administration (HR) Experience: 4-6 Years

Role Summary : We are looking for an HR Operations & Onboarding Specialist with 4-6 years of experience to manage end-to-end onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, HR data management, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, Advanced Excel, and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and new hire GA orientation.

• Handle employee lifecycle activities.

• Maintain employee records and personal/digital employee files, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of documents.

• Manage and update employee data in SAP SuccessFactors and HRMS. • Ensure HR data accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of HR transactions.

• Generate HR reports, dashboards, and workforce insights using Power BI.

• Perform data analysis and reporting using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, Dashboards).

• Coordinate with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, IT, and business stakeholders.

• Support HR audits, compliance requirements, and process improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 4-6 years of experience in HR Operations and Onboarding.

• SuccessFactors, Advanced Excel, Power BI, is essential for this role.

• Experience in maintaining employee personnel files and digital documentation repositories.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred • Experience in Shared Services or Global HR Operations.

• Certifications in SuccessFactors or Power BI

• Experience in SOP and SLA drafting, implementation, and process documentation.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
