About this role
We are looking for someone with strong experience leading BMS/Controls design projects, ideally gained within consultancy, contracting or manufacturing environments. You bring a practical approach to problem solving, strong communication skills and the ability to engage with clients, project teams and stakeholders at all levels.
We d like to hear from you if you:
- Are a degree qualified engineer, or equivalent experience in the BMS industry in a similar role.
- Have proven ability to lead BMS/Controls projects and work collaboratively with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) teams.
- Possess strong client-facing, communication and report-writing skills.
- Have good people and project management skills, with the ability to mentor and train less experienced engineers.
- Have commercial awareness and experience managing BMS projects along with interest in buildings in use, energy management, building performance evaluation, post-occupancy evaluation, digital services, and health and wellbeing in operational buildings.
- Can work on project sites in India, the Middle East and overseas when required.
