Senior Contract Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage contract negotiations with clients, ensuring timely closure of deals.
  
• Oversee software contract management, including licensing agreements and SLAs.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with legal teams to ensure compliance with company policies.
  
• Analyze complex contractual documents to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry, preferably in Contract Management role.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any Specialization).
  
• Strong understanding of Software Contracts, Legal aspects, SLA Management, and Contract Negotiations.
