Senior Content Writer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand & Campaign Messaging: Write compelling campaign copy, performance ad creatives, and brand communications across ImpactGuru, CarePal Money, and CarePal Secure.

Scriptwriting: Draft engaging scripts for promotional fundraising videos, patient story features, social media campaigns, and brand awareness assets.

Digital & Web Content: Develop high-converting landing page text, website copy, and SEO-optimized blogs explaining healthcare loans, protection plans, and medical crowdfunding features.

Lifecycle Communication: Design persuasive email marketing journeys and automated WhatsApp workflows tailored to donor, borrower, and subscriber segments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with performance marketing, design, and product teams to conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns.

Brand Voice Maintenance: Ensure an empathetic, clear, and consistent tone of voice across all customer touchpoints and public messaging channels.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: 25 years of proven experience in Content Writing, Copywriting, or Brand Communications (Fintech, Healthtech, or Agency background is a plus).

Core Competencies: Exceptional storytelling skills paired with sharp direct-response copywriting capabilities.

Versatility: Strong track record of writing performance ad copy, video scripts, product communications, and long form articles.

Digital Acumen: Sound understanding of SEO, digital marketing channels, and content performance optimization.

Language Command: Superior command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in Hindi is a strong advantage.

Execution: Excellent time management with the ability to manage tight deadlines and handle multiple brand projects simultaneously.
