About the Role

Droidal builds AI-powered solutions for healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM). We are seeking a strong writer, editor, and content strategist to strengthen our brand and establish Droidal as a thought leader in healthcare agentic AI.

You will own the editorial process end to end, from research and planning to writing, editing, publishing, and distribution. Working with leadership, Product, technical teams, and subject-matter experts, you will translate complex concepts into compelling content for enterprise audiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Editorial Management

• Own the editorial calendar across blogs, articles, white papers, research reports, newsletters, and social media.
• Establish editorial standards for quality, accuracy, consistency, and brand voice.
• Align content with business priorities, target audiences, and industry developments.
• Manage contributors, deadlines, reviews, and approvals.

2. Writing, Editing & Thought Leadership

• Research, write, and edit blogs, articles, white papers, and research reports.
• Develop executive thought leadership, bylined articles, LinkedIn content, and industry commentary.
• Interview subject-matter experts and translate insights into compelling narratives.
• Simplify complex AI, automation, healthcare, and RCM concepts without compromising accuracy.
• Ensure exceptional grammar, clarity, factual accuracy, readability, and originality.

3. Customer Stories & Sales Content

• Develop case studies, testimonials, success stories, and customer proof points.
• Coordinate with Sales and Client Partners to secure customer inputs and approvals.
• Create website copy, solution briefs, one-pagers, demo scripts, and sales enablement content.
• Repurpose core content across email, social media, newsletters, and campaigns.

4. Brand, PR & Communications

• Support PR planning, media outreach, contributed articles, and press materials.
• Identify opportunities for executive visibility and industry thought leadership.
• Maintain consistent messaging across external communications.
• Support employee advocacy through shareable content.

5. Distribution & Optimization

• Apply SEO best practices and support AEO/GEO and AI-search visibility.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing on content distribution and performance.
• Track engagement, audience relevance, and sales usage.
• Use AI tools for research and repurposing while maintaining accuracy and originality.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of relevant content marketing, writing, or editorial experience.
• Mandatory B2B SaaS experience, preferably in enterprise technology.
• Mandatory familiarity with healthcare AI, healthcare technology, or healthcare RCM, with the ability to communicate complex concepts accurately.
• Exceptional written English, editing, proofreading, and attention to detail.
• Proven long-form and short-form writing, research, storytelling, and interviewing skills.
• Experience managing editorial calendars and multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality content with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of SEO, CMS platforms, content analytics, and AI-assisted writing tools is preferred.
• Startup or high-growth technology experience is an advantage.
• A relevant writing portfolio is mandatory. Applications without samples will not be considered.

Portfolio Requirements

Submit 23 writing samples, ideally covering thought leadership, long-form research, customer case studies, or website/solution-page content. At least one sample must demonstrate the ability to explain a complex AI, healthcare, or technology concept to a business audience.

Briefly describe your contribution to each sample and provide published links where possible. Approved, redacted samples are acceptable for confidential work.

Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a brief editorial exercise.
