Job Summary

Senior Consultant-GOV-Business Consulting PI-CNS - BC - Transformation Delivery - New Delhi

Responsibilities

• Support planning, implementation and monitoring of skill development projects.
• Coordinate with Government departments, training partners, industries and other stakeholders.
• Prepare project reports, concept notes, presentations, policy briefs and review documents.
• Track project progress against targets, timelines and deliverables.
• Support development of skilling strategies, operational guidelines and implementation frameworks.
• Conduct field visits and monitor training centres, institutions and project activities.
• Facilitate industry partnerships, placements, apprenticeships and employer engagement activities.
• Support curriculum development, assessment, certification and quality assurance processes.
• Organize workshops, consultations, training programs and stakeholder meetings.
• Manage MIS, data analysis, dashboards and reporting requirements.
• Support capacity building of government officials, institutions and training providers.
• Identify risks, implementation challenges and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce
• Bachelor of Business Administration
• Master of Commerce
• Master of Business Administration
• Post Graduate Diploma in Management
• PG Diploma in Human Resource Management

Experience

• Project Management (6+ years)
