About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement Workday solutions for clients across various industries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Workday with other systems and applications.
- Provide expert-level support on payroll, benefits, and absence management within the Workday platform.
- Develop training materials and provide guidance to clients on how to use Workday effectively.
Job Requirements :
- 3-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM module (Payroll, Benefits, Absence) including integration with other systems.
- Experience working with Learning India or similar LMS platforms is an added advantage.
