Senior Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective change management strategies to drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge, and design customized training programs to address them.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop learning materials, such as e-learning modules, instructor-led sessions, and on-the-job training.
• Monitor progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of training programs.

Job Requirements :

• 6-14 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, including Kotter's 8-Step Change Model.
• Proven track record of developing successful training programs that drive business results.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Learning India.
