Job Summary
The opportunity: Senior Consultant-National-Tech Consulting-CNS - TC - MICROSOFT - Bangalore
National comprises of sector agnostic teams working across industries for a well rounded experience.
Responsibilities - We are seeking a highly skilled CRM + Integration Developer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and enterprise integration technologies.
- The ideal candidate should have expertise in designing, developing, and implementing scalable CRM solutions while integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications using Azure Integration Services, APIs, and middleware platforms.
- Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and third-party systems.
- Build RESTful APIs, Web APIs, Custom APIs, Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and Azure Functions.
- Develop integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management, and Azure Functions.
- Design and implement synchronous and asynchronous integrations.
- Work with Power Platform components including Power Automate and Dataverse.
- Configure and customize CRM entities, forms, business rules, security roles, dashboards, and workflows.
- Develop JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Ribbon Customizations, and PCF Controls where required.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation and deployment plans.
