Senior Consultant - Technical Project Management

About the AI Platforms and Services (AIPS) Team:

• Functions as an internal service provider delivering advanced AI solutions and infrastructure.
• Collaborates with business units and data science teams to design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications.
• Comprises four pillars:
• Secure and Scalable AI Platforms
• AI Applications
• AI Foundational Components
• AI Solutioning and Integration Services
• Emphasizes collaboration, innovation, learning, and excellence.
• Offers professional development through training, conferences, and internal knowledge-sharing.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of AI product projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Oversee the ServiceNow (SNOW) ticket queue for AIPS products, triaging and resolving user issues or escalating appropriately.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical challenges and support solution design and implementation.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project documentation including plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Facilitate clear communication among team members and stakeholders to align on project objectives.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of technical project management experience, preferably in analytics or AI-related projects.
• Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow or other IT service ticket management systems.
• Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycles and AI concepts.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
