- 7+ years of post-qualification experience

Strong knowledge of Indian talent identification and development (TID) ecosystem and associated procedures for talent identification.
- Working knowledge of global best practice integrations with TID (sports science, data analytics, etc.)
- Experience with preparation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and monitoring reports
