Senior Consultant - System Management

We are looking for a skilled Application Infrastructure Support Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in production support environments The candidate will be responsible for ensuring application availability monitoring infrastructure health managing incidentschanges and supporting system upgrades migrations and compliance activities Key Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 production support for applications and infrastructure components Monitor system and application health using tools such as Grafana Splunk AppDynamics and Sysdig Manage and troubleshoot batch scheduling tools such as UC4 Automic Handle incident problem and change management using Helix ITSM and JIRA Perform root cause analysis RCA for recurring issues and provide preventive solutions Support oncall activities and ensure SLA adherence for critical incidents Collaborate with development DBA and infrastructure teams for issue resolution Execute and support application deployments migrations and system upgrades Ensure compliance with security and vulnerability management including patching activities Work on log analysis and performance monitoring to identify bottlenecks and improve stability Participate in DR drills failover testing and system resilience planning Maintain proper documentation and runbooks for operational processes Technical Skills Required Monitoring Observability Grafana Splunk AppDynamics Sysdig Infra Platform Knowledge Good understanding of Windows Server environments Strong Networking concepts TCPIP DNS Load Balancing Firewall basics Knowledge of Firewall rules security configurations Understanding of Storage types SAN NAS Cloud storage basics Scheduling ITSM Tools UC4 Automic Workload Automation Helix Change Incident Management JIRA ticket tracking workflows

Experience in system upgrades patching and vulnerability remediation
