Senior Consultant - SuccessFactors ECP

Role & responsibilities

• Expert in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and S/4 Payroll implementation.
• Working knowledge of Employee Central (EC).
• Minimum 4 implementations, including India and Middle East Payroll.
• Strong understanding of Middle East Payroll.
• Experience in auditing at least 3 Payroll projects and 3 SAP Payroll support projects.
• Hands-on experience with PTP, BIB, EC-to-ECP replication and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of ECP payroll posting to ECC FI/S/4HANA.
• Experience with Payroll Control Center, Off-Cycle/Ad Hoc Payroll, and payroll incident management.
• Payroll integration experience with HRIS, Time, Benefits and Finance.
• Experience in testing, client workshops and end-user testing.
• Strong project delivery, stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact with senior/customer management.
• Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
