Senior Consultant - ServiceNow SecOps

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and administer the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on Security Operations and Vulnerability Response (VR).
• Implement and support ServiceNow Vulnerability Response solutions.
• Manage the vulnerability lifecycle, including scanning, triage, prioritization, remediation, and verification.
• Work with CMDB and asset data, including CI matching, ownership, and criticality.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, GlideRecord, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
• Collaborate with security and IT teams to improve vulnerability management processes.

Skills Required:

• ServiceNow Security Operations / Vulnerability Response implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR).
• ServiceNow administration, development, or platform experience.
• Good understanding of vulnerability management lifecycle.
• Experience with CMDB, Configuration Items (CIs), asset data, ownership, and criticality.
• Strong ServiceNow development skills using JavaScript, GlideRecord, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
