Senior Consultant - SAP-SAP Webdynpro

Bristlecone India Limited is seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant with deep SAP ABAP and Webdynpro expertise to drive end-to-end technical delivery within the S/4 HANA environment. The role involves crafting robust ABAP programs, enhancing existing functionality, building Webdynpro applications, and providing production support while ensuring alignment with best practices and client expectations.

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP Webdynpro (ABAP) and S/4 HANA technical stack.
• Proven experience with enhancements, interfaces, debugging, and production support.
• In-depth knowledge of ABAP OO, BAPI, IDOC, ALE, and OData services.
• Experience in performance tuning, code reviews, and SAP NetWeaver administration.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery models.
• SAP certification (e.g., ABAP, S/4 HANA) preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Design, develop, and enhance ABAP objects, reports, BAPIs, IDOCs, and Webdynpro components for S/4 HANA projects.
• Perform detailed debugging, root-cause analysis, and resolution of production issues.
• Create and maintain interfaces between SAP and external systems using ALE, RFC, and OData services.
• Lead technical migration and upgrade activities from ECC to S/4 HANA.
• Conduct performance tuning and code optimization to meet SLA targets.
• Prepare technical documentation, functional specifications, and test scripts.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide on-site and remote production support, including incident management and problem resolution.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce coding standards and peer-review processes.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
