Senior Consultant - SAP-SAP S/4HANA SD

The Senior Consultant - SAP S/4HANA SD will join Bristlecone Indias S4 HANA Functional - Delivery team to drive high-impact SD implementations. You will work closely with clients, architects, and technical teams to translate business requirements into robust S/4HANA solutions, ensuring seamless integration, data migration, and post-go-live support across diverse industry verticals.

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD functional consulting.
• Proven delivery experience in both brownfield (system conversion) and greenfield (new implementation) projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SD processes, including order management, pricing, billing, and logistics.
• Experience with integration points to MM, FI, and other SAP modules.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global delivery team.
• Relevant SAP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - Sales and Distribution) is preferred.
• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

• Lead functional design and configuration of SAP S/4HANA Sales Distribution (SD) modules for brownfield and greenfield projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solution blueprints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end integration with MM, FI, and other SAP modules.
• Perform data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, and validation.
• Develop and execute test scenarios (unit, integration, UAT) and support defect resolution.
• Provide on-site and remote support during go-live and hypercare phases.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Create and maintain functional documentation, configuration guides, and training materials.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, such as solution demos and proposal development.
• Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA roadmap and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
