Job Summary
ServiceNow CMDB Operations Analyst
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Configuration Items CIs in the ServiceNow CMDB
- Perform CI onboarding updates relationship mapping and retirement activities
- Ensure CMDB data accuracy through reconciliation and data quality checks
- Support Discovery Service Mapping and CMDB governance processes
- Generate CMDB reports and assist with audits and compliance reviews
- Collaborate with Infrastructure Application and IT Operations teams
Requirements
- 5-12 years of experience in CMDB or Configuration Management operations
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB
- Strong understanding of CI lifecycle relationships and CMDB data models
- Experience with CMDB reconciliation reporting and data quality management
- Good analytical problemsolving and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of ITIL Configuration Management processes
