Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform phacoemulsification surgery with high precision and accuracy.
- Conduct glaucoma surgeries, including ICL (Implantable Collamer Lens), CNV (Central Retinal Vein), and other advanced procedures.
- Manage retinal detachments and perform vitreo-retinal surgeries as needed.
- Provide exceptional patient care by explaining treatment options, performing pre-operative and post-operative assessments, and prescribing medications.
- Collaborate with optometrists to conduct refractions and provide comprehensive eye exams.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-20 years of experience in ophthalmology after completing MS/MD or DNB degree.
- Strong expertise in phacoemulsification, glaucoma, retina, refraction, and IOL implantation.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and colleagues.
