Senior Consultant/Lead Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• Managing the complete recruitment life cycle, client delivery across various domains, client management.
• Individual Contributor (IC) role with responsibility for achieving monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Handling end-to-end recruitment for middle and senior-level positions across industries.
• Leading executive searches, leadership hiring, permanent staffing, and industry mapping to meet client requirements.
• Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates matching client expectations

Preferred candidate profile

• excellent Communication skills 4-9 years' experience in NON-IT recruitment.
• Strong leadership hiring skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent client management skills with ability to build long-term relationships at CXO level.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery, including managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
