JD: Should be a certified HIPAA consultant with 10+ years of experience Deep familiarity with the HIPAA Privacy Rule, Security Rule, HITECH Act, and Breach Notification Rule Employee Training: Educate Team on regulatory requirements, best practices, and new policy updates Good to have Certifications like CHC (Certified in Healthcare Compliance) or CISSP Experience handling CAQH, Medicaid, Medicare/PECOS and NPI. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
