Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Consultant Digital Analytics Customer Data with strong experience across digital analytics, customer data, reporting, and marketing technology ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, Customer Journey Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Salesforce, Tealium, and other customer data and analytics platforms. The candidate should be comfortable working across business requirements, analytics implementation, data analysis, reporting, and client consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
; Lead client engagements across digital analytics, customer data, reporting, and MarTech initiatives.
; Understand business, marketing, and customer experience requirements and translate them into analytics and measurement solutions.
; Design and implement digital measurement frameworks, KPIs, events, dimensions, segments, and reporting structures.
; Work with platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, Customer Journey Analytics, GA4, Salesforce, and Tealium.
; Build and optimize analytics reports, dashboards, customer journey reporting, and performance measurement frameworks.
; Analyze customer journeys, conversion funnels, campaign performance, attribution, and digital engagement.
; Work with data engineering teams to integrate analytics and customer data into modern cloud data platforms.
; Perform data validation, reconciliation, implementation QA, and troubleshooting.
; Develop functional and technical specifications for analytics and customer data implementations.
; Conduct discovery sessions and workshops with business, marketing, analytics, and technology stakeholders.
; Provide recommendations around analytics architecture, reporting, customer data, and MarTech optimization.
; Lead project workstreams and mentor junior consultants.
; Leverage modern AI/GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar tools to accelerate analytics, data analysis, documentation, reporting, and solution development.
; Stay current with emerging AI capabilities across analytics and customer data platforms and identify relevant opportunities for clients.
Technology Exposure:
Digital Analytics: Adobe Analytics; Adobe Customer Journey Analytics; Google Analytics 4; Google Tag Manager; Mixpanel / Amplitude or similar analytics platforms.
Customer Data MarTech: Adobe Experience Platform / Real-Time CDP; Salesforce / Salesforce Data Cloud; Tealium; Segment; Adobe Target; Adobe Journey Optimizer; Salesforce Marketing Cloud; HubSpot / Marketo.
Data BI: SQL; Snowflake; Databricks; BigQuery; Azure / AWS / GCP; Tableau; Power BI; Looker / Looker Studio.
Integration Technical: REST APIs; JSON; data pipelines and ETL/ELT concepts; data modeling and semantic layers; web and mobile data collection concepts.
