Senior Consultant & DGM - Government / Private Real estate Consulting

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

4-10 years of management consulting experience with Central Government, State Government, or Public Sector clients with Masters degree in MBA, Engineering, Urban Planning, Infrastructure Management, or Construction Management.

Key Requirements:

• 8-10 years of management consulting experience with Government or Public Sector clients.
• Lead execution of Government and Public Sector consulting assignments
• Prepare Business Plans, Market Assessments, Financial Feasibility Studies, Techno-Economic Feasibility Studies, and Due Diligence reports.
• Lead preparation of Detailed Feasibility Reports (DFRs) and Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for infrastructure and real estate projects
• Build financial models from scratch for infrastructure and real estate developments
• Manage end-to-end bid processes, from bid documentation to agreement execution with successful bidders
• Engage with government departments, public sector agencies, and key stakeholders
• Contribute to knowledge management, client development, and mentoring of junior team members
• Experience in undertaking feasibility studies/ transaction advisory services for at least two Public Private Partnerships (PPP) projects is an added advantage.
