Role Summary
We are hiring a Senior Consultant to own end-to-end execution of research and consulting engagements. The role requires strong analytical thinking, team leadership, individual ownership, and the ability to leverage AI and automation to drive high-quality, scalable delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of research/consulting projects (account intelligence, industry analysis, ABM, competitive insights, etc.)
- Own end-to-end delivery of high-quality reports by combining deep research with analytical tools
- Drive automation of repetitive workflows to improve efficiency, speed, and scalability
- Translate ambiguous asks into structured problem-solving and actionable insights
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve productivity and delivery efficiency
- Build and standardize processes, frameworks, and SOPs
- Manage high-priority, high-stakes accounts through structured cadences and proactive engagement
- Manage and mentor a team of analysts/consultants
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support customer-facing discussions when required
Requirements
- Strong academic background (MBA preferred)
- 3-7 years of experience in research, consulting, analytics roles
- Prior experience leading teams
Core Skills
- Strong research (secondary), analytical and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in Communication, PowerPoint (storytelling) and Excel (analysis)
- Ability to create executive-ready insights and narratives
- Good understanding of AI (GenAI/Agentic AI), automation, and digital trends
- Experience using AI tools to enhance workflows is a strong plus
