The selected candidate will be employed on EY Payroll (Fixed Term Employment) for an initial period of 3 years and will work as part of the client's Global Capability Center (GCC) organization. There may be opportunities for client conversion in the future based on business requirements and mutual fit.

The Senior Consultant Continuous Improvement, Implementation leads the analysis, design and implementation of improvement initiatives across Finance processes. The role converts business needs into clear requirements and implementable future-state solutions, builds evidence-based business cases, identifies automation opportunities, and works with Finance, Technology and Operations stakeholders to deliver standardized, controlled and measurable outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business, Engineering, Operations, Technology or a related discipline.
• Approximately 6–10 years of relevant experience in Finance Operations, GBS/shared services, consulting, business analysis, process excellence or transformation.
• Proven experience supporting or leading end-to-end implementation of Finance process-improvement, standardization, ERP, workflow or automation initiatives.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred; business analysis certification such as CBAP/CCBA, or project/change certification, is advantageous.
• Experience working in a global, multi-stakeholder environment is preferred.
