We're looking for someone who lives at the intersection of healthcare data and business strategy someone who can own end-to-end delivery for blockbuster pharma brand studies while turning messy, complex datasets into strategic narratives senior pharma execs act on. If you've led client-facing research or consulting projects and have a life sciences or analytical foundation to build on, we want to talk to you.

What you'll do: lead project delivery for market research and consulting engagements with top pharma and biotech companies; collaborate with US counterparts to translate client requirements into actionable project plans; review data and analytical output to draft powerful, data-driven client stories; debottleneck project operations at key inflection points; mentor and build capability within your delivery team; juggle 5-7 concurrent projects ranging from unstructured/high-touch to standardized.

What we're looking for: 5-7 years of experience in market research, business analytics, or consulting (non-negotiable); a degree in life sciences or a quantitative discipline (engineering, economics, business, statistics, math); demonstrated experience leading project teams and delivering analytically robust, data-driven strategic stories; healthcare market intelligence exposure beyond primary research competitive intelligence, sales analytics, forecasting is a plus; qualitative market research experience is a plus.
