Senior Consultant / Consultant – Program Manager

We are looking for experienced Program Managers and Management Consultants to drive large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives within the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) sector. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in program management, stakeholder engagement, change management, and strategic transformation delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end business and technology transformation programs, ensuring timely delivery within budget and defined quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects and workstreams, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and effort estimation.
• Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Risk Breakdown Structures (RBS), project plans, and governance frameworks.
• Engage with CXOs, senior stakeholders, clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to drive program outcomes.
• Implement Agile and SAFe methodologies and support Agile transformation initiatives.
• Drive change management, process improvement, and structured program delivery.
• Monitor project performance, risks, timelines, budgets, and measurable business outcomes.
• Build strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5–14 years of overall experience, preferably with 3+ years in management consulting after an MBA.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or BFSI transformation programs.
• Prior experience with Big 4 consulting firms or equivalent management consulting organizations preferred.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale business or technology transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in Program Management, Project Management, PMO, or Transformation Management.
• Knowledge of Agile, SAFe, Scrum, and project delivery methodologies.
• Experience in senior stakeholder management, risk management, effort estimation, and governance.
• MBA from a reputed institution preferred.
• PMP, SAFe, PRINCE2, CAPM, or CSM certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and client management skills
