Business Consulting works with clients to reimagine or transform their business purpose and model; create growth; manage cost and efficiency; respond to market pressures and regulation; and resolve operational challenges. The scope of this team encompasses innovation, strategy and purpose, through deep functional experience in business transformation, finance, supply chain and operations, providing support for the complex and large-scale program and portfolio management.

Finance Consulting - helps assess and transform our clients' finance function to improve performance and effectiveness. We help organizations implement service and cost improvement initiatives, and embed a performance management process and culture that unites the business around its core objectives.
Business Transformation - a multidisciplinary competency, gathering capabilities in transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to problem-solve, design and deliver large scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.
Supply Chain and Operations - we provide a unique combination of industry-specific, strategic, operational and financial insights, digital technology advances and strategic alliance partners to deliver better outcomes and also help clients effect fundamental change in their operations performance to support sales growth, become more cost competitive, minimize risk and ensure operational resilience.
Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence - Team Leadership and Management: Supervise, mentor, and train a team of PTP Specialists.
- Team Leadership and Management: Delegate tasks effectively and monitor team performance against established goals and KPIs.
- Team Leadership and Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Team Leadership and Management: Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

- PTP Process Oversight: Oversee the entire PTP process, from purchase requisition to payment disbursement.
- PTP Process Oversight: Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, T&E claims, purchase orders, and payment requests.
- PTP Process Oversight: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the PTP cycle.
- PTP Process Oversight: Monitor and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
- PTP Process Oversight: Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Purchasing, Receiving, Finance) to ensure smooth PTP operations.
- Compliance and Controls: Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Compliance and Controls: Maintain and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.
- Compliance and Controls: Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.

- Graduate with 5-8 years of experience in PTP.
- Strong knowledge of processes, including invoice validation, PO matching, reconciliations, and exception handling.
- Experience in supervising delivery of PTP processes.
- Experience in invoice and vendor management, including resolution of supplier queries.
- Self-motivated.
- Commercially focused with a strong Client service approach.
- Confidence in dealing with and building relationships both internally and externally.
- Well organized with strength in prioritizing.
- Flexible attitude to achieve results.
- Calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in ERP platforms, along with advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, including invoice validation, PO matching, reconciliations, and exception handling.
- Ability to manage supplier queries, prioritize aging items, and meet agreed turnaround times and service-level requirements.
People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements.
