Senior Consultant - Braindesk Talent

Draup is seeking a passionate Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this dual-role position, you will work closely with clients, delivering in-depth analyses of labor market data, including talent supply, demand, and cost. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the functionality of our cutting-edge talent intelligence platform.

This role offers a blend of client interaction and internal collaboration, providing exposure to groundbreaking work in talent intelligence. Youll partner with experts in product development, machine learning, and mathematics, gaining valuable insights into how advanced methodologies shape the future of workforce analytics and power our SaaS platform for talent.

While the role does not require a technical background, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong numerical aptitude are essential for conducting precise data analyses and generating actionable insights.
