Senior Consultant - BA with US Healthcare

Looking for a Product Specialist with overall understanding of the US Healthcare Payer industry with product development expertise.

Qualifications

The candidate must have hands on experience in requirement gathering, solution design and implementation, and in depth knowledge of claims platform capabilities and integration points.

1. Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

2. 4 to 8 years of Business Analyst or Product Specialist experience in the US Healthcare Payer industry

3. Should have in depth knowledge of claims platform capabilities and integration points

4. Knowledge of business process flow in various sectors within the industry such as enrollmentbilling claims benefits provider and utilization management

5. Prior experience in analyzing Healthcare claims data and developing solutions preferred

6. Understanding of industry best practices for process design and standards

7. Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills

8. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze data using SQL and Mainframe

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Proactively engage with stakeholders on requirements elicitation

2. Effectively document design into a high level process workflow

3. Create analytical product solutions on claims data coming from payers, Blue Health plans and other sources

4. Translate business requirements, develop business cases and recommend solutions. Be focused and drive best practices through business process knowledge

5. Perform research and analysis to identify business problems and break down complex business issues to develop solutions through extensive data and system analysis
