Senior Consultant || 6 to 8 Years

About The Role We are looking for a highly skilled

DevOps & Observability Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and end-to-end monitoring solutions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in enhancing system reliability, performance, and visibility across distributed systems. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD
• Develop robust automation scripts using Python and Shell scripting
• Implement and manage observability solutions including monitoring, logging, and tracing
• Work on tools such as Grafana, ELK/EFK stack, Loki, OpenTelemetry
• Enable and manage Bitbucket repositories as Helm repositories
• Work with Kustomize and Helm for application configuration and deployment
• Deploy and manage applications in Kubernetes environments
• Handle deployments of distributed systems such as Kafka, Hadoop, Spark, Trino
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum setup
• Troubleshoot issues in Linux environments and distributed systems
• Contribute to DevOps automation using tools like Ansible, Chef, Confluence

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python and Shell scripting
• Hands-on experience in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, ArgoCD)
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and automation frameworks
• Experience in Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Good experience with Monitoring & Observability tools (Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry, Loki)
• Solid understanding of Linux systems and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of distributed systems and data platforms
