Senior Compensation Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Manage compensation and benefits programs for India and US employees
• Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis
• Support annual salary reviews, bonus planning, and incentive programs
• Administer insurance and employee benefits programs
• Manage short-term and long-term incentive plans
• Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits policies

Preferred candidate profile

•3+ years of Compensation & Benefits experience
• Experience in India & US compensation programs
• Compensation benchmarking and salary surveys
• Knowledge of bonus, STI, LTI, and insurance benefits
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
